Jim Ast - Controller

With an Associates’ degree in Business from St. Gregory’s College in Shawnee, Oklahoma, Jim Ast went on to earn his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University. Prior to joining Weigand-Omega as Controller in 1994, Jim worked for the Marriott Corporation where he held several management positions including that of Controller for the Washington State Ferry System, the largest Marriott food service contract in the U.S. Jim is responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting operations of Weigand-Omega and the various properties.
