Karen S. Chasteen - CPM, Property Manager

Photo Karen Chasteen has spent most of her 30+ years in real estate at Weigand-Omega. A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Karen specializes in apartment complex renovations, rejuvenating distressed properties, and lease-ups for the firm.

Karen is a member of the Wichita Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she served on the executive committee, and an associate member of the Kansas Association of Realtors. She attended Friends University and has taught Resident Apartment Manager (RAM) classes for the Wichita Home Builders Association.
