Kelly Smith - Payroll Administrator / HR

Kelly Smith started as part-time assistant in Weigand-Omega’s Human Resources Department in 1994 while attending college. Following her completion of an Associates Degree from Butler County Community College, she went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Newman University, after which she joined Weigand-Omega full time. In addition to coordinating payroll, Kelly helps manage many of the firm’s other human resource functions. She is active in the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and continues to advance her education through area seminars.
