Kathy Pauly - Property Manager

Kathy Pauly began her career with Weigand-Omega in 1987 as a bookkeeper/secretary. In 1989, she earned her real estate license and was named to the post of assistant property manager for the company. A year later, she was promoted to property manager.

A native of Sedgwick County, Kathy has worked in all areas of property management and has a very diverse management portfolio. She currently oversees the management of commercial properties, apartments and condominiums, and home owners associations. Kathy also specializes in managing existing mini-storage properties and new mini-storage developments.
