Pat Lickiss Bruning - Property Manager

Pat Lickiss began her career in multi-family management in l997 as a part time leasing agent and was quickly promoted into a supervisory management position. Pat has since specialized in tax credit management including the successful rejuvenation of distressed properties as well as the coordination and lease-up of new construction communities. She has completed the lease-up phase of numerous affordable housing and market rate communities to meet or exceed the established lease-up objectives and take the properties quickly to stabilization. Pat helps with the Weigand-Omega corporate training programs and is currently completing courses through the Institute of Real Estate Management for the Certified Property Manager Designation. Pat has served on the board of directors for the Apartment Council of Topeka and as a diplomat for the Topeka Chamber of Commerce. Pat has been a part of the Weigand-Omega team since 2001.
