Ray Moore - Building Operations Manager

Raymond Moore began his career with Weigand-Omega's Commercial Maintenance Department in August of 1997 and was promoted to Assistant Supervisor in 2000.  In June of 2006, Ray was promoted to the position of Bulding Operations Manager and became responsible for the facilities maintenance of Weigand-Omega's commercial operations in Wichita.  This diverse portfolio encompasses approximately 40 locations comprising multi-story office buildings, strip centers, and industrial warehouses.  With a staff of experienced team members, Ray helps maintain, repair, and establish meaningful preventative maintenance programs for all aspects building operations including the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Ray has a background in the construction industry and has worked in the building maintenance field since 1979.  He has worked in and around many of Wichita's downtown office buildings and has been continuiously associated with the Center Pointe building since its renovation in 1980.

Ray received his HVAC training from the Wichita Area Vocational Technical School in 1983 and obtained his Journeyman Mechanical License in 1997.  He is also certified in small engine repair, refrigerant recovery and backflow prevention.  He is scheduled to test for his Master Mechanical license in April of 2007.
