Brandy Alcorn, CPM, COS - Regional Property Manager

Brandy Alcorn has spent her entire 16 years in property management with Weigand-Omega Management. Starting in 1994 as a part-time leasing agent, she has since worked in several positions within the company as an Assistant Manager, On-Site Manager, District Residential Manager and currently a Regional Property Manager.   

Brandy is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently serves on the local chapters executive committee. She has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager through this nationally recognized organization of property management proffesionals . Her accreditations also include the title of Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center of Housing Management. She specializes in working with federally subsidized properties, including project based section 8 programs.
