Craig D. Hanson CPM, RPA - Vice President

Craig D. Hanson is the Vice President and a Regional Manager of Weigand-Omega Management, Inc.  A graduate of the University of Kansas, Craig joined the firm in 1989, starting in grounds keeping and maintenance and working his way into management.  While attending KU, he started and operated a small painting and renovation business in Lawrence, Kansas.  In addition to the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Craig holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation achieved from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).  Craig served as President of Chapter #65 of the Institute of Real Estate Management from 2002 to 2003, is a member and current 2006 to 2008 President of the Wichita Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and a member of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors.  He currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Wichita State University Center for Real Estate.  In 2004, Craig was selected as one of Wichita's 40 Under 40 honorees and profiled in the 40 Under 40 publication from the Wichita Business Journal.
