Daryl L. Williams - CPM, Property Manager

A native of Wichita, Daryl L. Williams has spent more than twenty years in property management. Before joining Weigand-Omega in 1991, he managed high-rise office and retail properties in Houston and Midland, Texas.

Daryl’s current portfolio includes both office and retail properties. They range from neighborhood centers to high-end specialty centers whose tenants include such names as The Gap, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer and Talbots.

Daryl is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a member of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), of which he is Past President of both the Wichita and West Texas chapters.
