Brandy Alcorn, CPM
In 1994 while attending Wichita State University, Brandy began her property management career with Weigand-Omega Management. She joined the Weigand-Omega team as a part-time leasing agent, and has since worked in several positions within the company including Assistant Manager, On-Site Manager, District Residential Manager and currently as a Regional Property Manager.
Brandy is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and served as the President of the local chapter from 2010-2012. She has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager through this nationally recognized organization of property management professionals. Her accreditations also include the title of Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center of Housing Management, Certified trainer for Onesite property management software and Certified Lead Renovator. She specializes in working with federally subsidized properties, including project based section 8 programs. Brandy was recently awarded the 2013 Best Regional Manager Star of Excellence Award by the Apartment Association of Great Wichita.
David Lewis, CPM, RPA
David has managed more than 1.25 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse space, and more than 20,000 multi-family apartments in the Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States. A graduate of Wichita State University with emphasis in real estate and urban economics, he joined Weigand-Omega Management in 1992. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Kansas since 1979. He has also participated in the acquisition and sales of commercial properties throughout the United States. A Certified Property Manager (CPM), David has served multiple times President of the Wichita Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Builders Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and has served as a Regional Vice President for two regions of the National Apartment Association. He was a co-founder and Past President of the Apartment Association of Greater Wichita, and a member of the Wichita chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is a charter inductee in the Wichita Apartment Association Hall of Fame. David is an adjunct professor and faculty member of the Wichita State University Center for Real Estate at Wichita State University Frank Barton School of Business. He is married to Jo Lynn and has four grown children. When not managing property, he collects classic cars, and enjoys upland bird hunting.
Pat Lickiss, CPM, HCCP
Regional Manager and Director of Compliance
Pat has more than twenty years of experience in the property management industry. She has been with Weigand-Omega Management, Inc. since 2001. Pat started her career in 1997 as a part-time leasing agent and was quickly promoted to a management role. Pat has since specialized in the management and lease-up of new construction apartment communities. At Weigand-Omega, she has completed the lease-up in excess of 45 apartment communities including both luxury market rate apartments and affordable housing communities. Pat has a proven history of meeting and exceeding the established lease-up objectives and taking the properties to stabilization. Pat is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), has her Real Estate License in the State of Kansas, and is the Director of the Compliance Department for the firm. Pat is a Certified trainer for OneSite property management software and Certified Lead Renovator. Pat is the President of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Wichita Chapter 65 holding that office for the past two years, and is on the board of directors for AAGW (Apartment Association of Greater Wichita).
Todd M. Zauner, CAM
Vice President of Residential Operations and Business Development
Todd is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firms Residential Operations, Marketing and the Facilities Maintenance departments. In addition his role oversees existing client retention as well as guiding new client business relationships. Todd has extensive background in luxury hotel and resort management, as well as high-end condominium association management. His career brought him to work for firms such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Marriott International, and the Seaside Community Development Corporation. He received formal training through the above mentioned firms programs in customer service excellence, sales, and leadership development. Todd has the designation of Community Association Manager License from the state of Florida. Todd received his Associates Degree from Paul Smith College in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Chief Accounting Officer
Melanie’s role as Chief Accounting Officer she oversees Weigand-Omega’s accounting operations. Melanie is a graduate of Bethel College where she earned her Bachelorette degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Prior to coming to Weigand Omega Management Melanie held the roles of Financial Operations Manager for Harden Hospice, Business and Accounting Manager for Voyager Hospice care, and Director of Finance at the Kansas Masonic Home.
Melinda joined the Weigand-Omega Management team in 2014 bringing fourteen year of experience in finance with multiple firms in the Wichita area. Melinda is a graduate of Friends University where she earned her Bachelors of Business Administration as well as her Masters of Business Administration. Melinda will be overseeing the day to day financial operations of Weigand Omega Management.
Istvan “Ish” Tamas joined Weigand Omega in June 2014 overseeing a commercial property portfolio. A native of Hungary, Ish has extensive international business knowledge through his experiences as Operations Manager for an international pizza chain and recently with Koch Industries as a Right Of Way Agent. Ish earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from Wichita State University. Ish is happily married with three children and enjoys hunting, running and triathlons.
Edward P. Daigle
Ed has been a successful hotelier for last 25 years of his career leading numerous brands such as Marriott and Hilton. He has managed at all levels of leadership within hotel operations as well as many years above property in a District role overseeing a portfolio of hotels. Ed also has extensive restaurant management experience in branded and sole proprietorship operations. Ed has a proven track record of successfully working in unison with guests, staff and owners in achieving product, service, and financial excellence. Ed has also successfully done brand openings, renovations and ownership transitions.
Director of Facilities
Ray joined Weigand-Omega Management in 1997 and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Commercial Maintenance operations for Weigand-Omega Management. Ray holds the license as a Master Mechanical Journeyman as well as Backflow Prevention Installer/Tester. Ray has held positions with Corneilson Construction, Hardage Management as well as the Bitting Building in the Wichita area. Ray is married to Del and they have six children and 14 grandchildren. Hobbies include; hunting, fishing, playing guitar and “tinkering” with all kinds of mechanical devices.
Yolanda is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial property for Weigand-Omega Management. Yolanda joined Weigand-Omega Management in 2001 as an administrative assistant to the Commercial Property department. Over the last thirteen years, Yolanda has also served as the Safety Coordinator overseeing the safety training program for the firm. Yolanda earned her Associate’s Degree from the Barton School of Business, and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts and Science from Wichita State University. Yolanda has held her Real Estate Licenses since 2000. Prior to joining Weigand-Omega Management, Yolanda sold residential real estate for J.P. Weigand & Sons. Yolanda is a member of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Director of Human Resources
Vi is responsible for overseeing Weigand-Omega’s Human Resources operations. Vi is a graduate of Friends University where she earned her Bachelorette degrees in Human Resources Management and Organizational Management and Leadership. Vi has been PHR certified through HRCI since 2013. Prior to coming to Weigand-Omega Management, Vi held the roles of Director of Business Development and Human Resources Manager for Select Specialty Hospital, Chief Human Resources Officer for Craig HomeCare, and Market Human Resources Manager for over fifteen Walmart Supercenters.
Human Resource Manager
Danita joined Weigand-Omega as the Human Resources Manager in 2014 overseeing recruitment, orientation, and payroll and benefits. She has worked in the fields of non-profit, education, small manufacturing, and shopping center property management. Danita earned her BGS in Business and Sociology as well as her Master’s of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. Danita is very active in the community working with such organization as Dress for Success of Dallas, Dallas Independent School District, Wichita Habitat for Humanity, Tallgrass Film Association, and other local community groups that work in affordable housing and education. In 2010, Ms. Mason started an annual book drive that takes place each spring to benefit children age 0 to 18 years to encourage reading at home. She is an active member of the Kansas chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management.
Naika Malveaux has over 20 years of experience in Graphic/Web Design, Branding, Art Direction, Advertising and a variety of multimedia and technical skill sets. Naika is responsible for branding Weigand-Omega and its customers. While overseeing marketing needs, Naika also researches and helps implement the latest of technology, social, and multimedia trends. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston, specializing in Visual Communications. He has won a variety of awards including 3 Air Force Civilian Awards and recognized as a presidential volunteer service worker. He has also been published in several marketing related magazines and served as Vice President in a military spouse organization.
Naika is married to an U.S. Air Force Sergeant and the son of a U.S. Army vet. He has lived multiple times in Germany and recently Italy. He is also an actor/producer in a few low budget movies and shorts. For Naika, marketing and advertising is more than a job. It’s his hobby and passion.
