July 2, 2019Brittany started with Weigand-Omega in 2013 and has been an Assistant Manager at three different apartment communities in Wichita. She was promoted to a manager’s role at Garden Pines, Golf Park, and Sleepy Hollow prior to going to The Timbers as Property Manager in the spring of 2015.
The TImbers is owned by our client, the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation, whose mission is “to enable people with all types of physical disabilities to achieve their employment and independence goals.” Many of the residents at The Timbers have physical disabilities, and some are not able to communicate verbally and have difficulties communicating in writing.
Brittany is kind, patient, compassionate, and helpful to her residents. She takes the time to understand their needs and strives to help in any way possible. Brittany works closely with the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation team to serve the needs of our residents. She interacts with the transportation department, service coordinator, admissions coordinator, and maintenance director on a daily basis.
In 2018, The Timbers received an “Above Average” rating on the property’s management occupancy review and a score of 96 out of 100 on the HUD REAC inspection.
For her display of our Core Value of Family and Community, and our Be A Plus Service Value, we awarded her with The President’s Award at our 2019 Leadership Conference, as well as naming her as Employee of the Month for July, 2019.
