We manage the peace of mind for thousands of people…whether managing the investment objectives for our real estate owners, managing the homes for our apartment residents and their families, managing the place where our commercial tenants operate their businesses, or managing the “stuff” that our self storage tenants just don’t have the room for.

But at the heart of our family-run business is basic principle of taking care of others needs…regardless of what setting that is fulfilled in. Weigand-Omega believes strongly in the principle of good stewardship, both personally and corporately, and we believe in giving back to the communities we live and work in. We invest in people…not just programs, and we are motivated to improve and enrich the lives of others by contributing our time, effort, skills and capital to this mission.”

Weigand-Omega unveils corporate giving program, announces fall community service campaign
Weigand-Omega Management, Inc. has officially named its corporate giving program Weigand-Omega My Neighbor’s Keeper. The new moniker better reflects and underscores the company’s long-standing tradition of giving back to the communities where they operate.
“We invest in people, not just programs,” said Craig Hanson, President of Weigand-Omega. “We are motivated to improve and enrich the lives of others by contributing our time, effort, and skills to this mission of service and it is through the Weigand-Omega My Neighbor’s Keeper program that we are formally establishing our commitment as an organization,” Hanson added. Currently managing residential and commercial properties across 10 states, Weigand-Omega plans to support various community service campaigns and provide volunteer opportunities for its employees. Additionally, Weigand-Omega will continue to partner with non-profit organizations to help them meet their defined mission and goals. Weigand-Omega also announces its fall community service campaign, Cupboards of Care. All Weigand-Omega managed properties will participate in the Cupboards of Care Food Drive from November 6 – November 20. The company has set a goal to collect 5,000 lbs. of non-perishable food items and personal care products to donate to area food banks and/or community pantries where their properties are located. “With over 300 employees, we can collectively make a much greater impact and contribution to others than any of us could on our own.”
