Samantha Valdez

Samantha began her career with Weigand Omega as a floating leasing agent in 2014. She has since worked in several positions within the company spanning over several properties in the portfolio.  Samantha received her Real Estate License through the state of Kansas in 2022 to assist with leasing commercial space. Samantha is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she earned her designation of Accredited Residential Manager. She is also a member of the National Apartment Association where she served in several positions of the local Apartment Association of Greater Wichita. Samantha was awarded the Craig D. Hanson Presidents Award in 20122, Apartment Association of Greater Wichita Property Manager of the Year Award in 2022, and The Apartment Association of Greater Wichita’s Volunteer of the Year Award in 2020.
