Jessica Felton

Jessica began her career with Weigand Omega as a part-time leasing agent, while attending Wichita State University in the summer of 2009. She has since worked in several positions within the company spanning over several properties in the portfolio.  Jessica is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she earned her designation of Accredited Residential Manager and has served in the local chapter in many positions. She is also a member of the National Apartment Association where she served in several positions, including President of the local Apartment Association of Greater Wichita in 2021-2022. Jessica was recently awarded the Craig D. Hanson Presidents Award in 2017, The Accredited Residential Manager of the Year Award in 2019, and The Apartment Association of Greater Wichita’s Supplier Council Above & Beyond Award in 2020.
