Lisa Dresser

Lisa has had more than 30 years of experience throughout her career in the property management industry.  She has been with Weigand-Omega Management, Inc. since 2015.  Lisa has an extensive background in multi-family housing management and has overseen large properties and large portfolios.  Lisa has managed and overseen properties in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa.  She has wide-ranging experience managing and overseeing properties through Lease ups, re-positioning, stabilization, and sale transitions.  Lisa is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).
